Noor Foundation is a non-profit, community-based organization established in 2010 to respond to the urgent needs of vulnerable and marginalized communities in Somalia, particularly in underserved coastal and remote districts. The Foundation focuses on improving access to quality education, water and sanitation services, and social protection support for extremely poor households.
Since its establishment, Noor Foundation has prioritized support to orphans, internally displaced children (IDPs), children from low-income families, and communities living in hard-to-reach coastal areas where access to basic services remains limited.
